Had you fiddled with network settings in any way (either manually edited or used something like Dr TCP/TCP Opt) prior to this happening? Also, does this happen to any other computer on the same network?]]></description>

Pretty pointless to be honest, all major providers take steps to make results at speedtest better than what they are in reality. If you want a speedtest you should just download http://speedtest.teksavvy.com/12000k -- however it seems that OPs problem is with slow browsing, not slow downloading, which may imply bad settings.

Which browser are you using? I strongly suggest you do a fresh install of <a href="http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/download.php">K-Meleon</a> simply so that you have a good browser to determine whether the problem is browser related (this is of course assuming that you don't already use K-Meleon, but nobody does despite it being the best one out there).

Does the problem still occur when browsing with K-Meleon?]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Hi guys, for a long time now i have had the problem of my internet running really slow... Im currently on a 13 meg connection. Which my downloads are really fast but it seems when im browsing the net loading a simple page can take upto 30 seconds. Has anyone else has this problem and does anyone know how to fix it? please help :(]]></description>
