    	    <description><![CDATA[Yes, if you can go to our IRC channel (#etf2l on irc.quakenet.org), and ask for an admin there, he can help you out. THat's much more convenient for these kind of things.

If you don't know how IRC works: 
1) go here: http://webchat.quakenet.org
2) Fill in nickname, and channel (#etf2l)
3) Once in the chat, type !admin to try to get an admins attention.
4) The next available admin will contact you then. (note the red flashing bar on the top, that's probably someone PM'ing you. :)]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Hi, one of the guys in my team has given me an incorrect email address when he asked me to register him. As a result his SteamID is now tied to an account that he can't access.

Any chance we can remove this account or reset his email address?

The account is in the name: Monty Python
