    	    <description><![CDATA[I'd like to report a bug which exists for a decade now and hasn't been fixed yet. It's just a markup problem, but it still is annoying.

In team descriptions (and afaik in team names too?) apostrophes and quotation marks (', ") get escaped (eg. "We're awesome" -&#62; "We're awesome")]]></description>
