Bios. I first overclocked it when I got the computer at the end of april and its been fine ever since. But either way I think i'll lower the overclock to default and see if that improves it, If not I don't know.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Right, Every game used to run fine, My cpu doesn't idle at an abnormally high usage or temp. It happens even without steam. Also I've experienced fps lag before, Trying to play tf2 on a celeron d with an fx5200. But even then It never stuttered and the mouse lag wasn't this bad, On the machine with the nvidia card when I did get mouse lag I fixed it by lowering max pre-rendered frames. Is there a way to do that with ati cards. Also could my graphics card overclock be causing the problem?]]></description>

70fps in a 11 year old engine is pretty bad.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[You have 3 AV? that might be one issue. Hows your PC affected when you load non graphic demanding apps as apposed to graphic demanding apps? CTRL-SHIFT-ESC --&#62; performance tab. Is the page file nearly full? Is the memory nearly full? is the CPU idling at 50%? 

Just some checks that might give you a better idea of whats wrong.]]></description>
