    	    <description><![CDATA[could it be your settings? as it looks like you've got everything on extremely low graphics settings, and probably even dx8, or lower? It could be that the snow isn't supported by dx8 or lower, though it seems stupid why it wouldn't be as it's only a displacement tied to an entity.

best thing to do to attempt to fix would be to update your gfx card drivers, then update direct x. if it still does it, try upping your gfx settings in tf2 to see if that will fix it (you never know), and maybe it'll force tf2 to fix itself, then you can lower gfx settings to see if it's still doing it.

if none of that works, a reinstall might be called for

or maybe you set your wallhack to only target snow? so uninstall that :D]]></description>
