    	    <description><![CDATA["-dxlevel 80" works fine for me
but after recent update (29.04.10 or so) tf crashed immediately or in few seconds after connection to any server (when I created local server I didnt't crash)
Problem was solved when I remove my fps config :/]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[I had this exact same problem, i found it to be dx level 8.1 in the launch options. Once i deleted that it worked fine for me. Try that and see if it works.]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[I click to open tf2, and it comes up with the window: "Preparing to launch Team Fortress 2", as usual.
Then it opens up the background (blue/red/war) and says "Loading..." in the bottom right. Then it suddenly decides it wants to close and goes back to desktop :s

Anyone else had this problem? It's only appeared recently in the last few updates, I've not changed anything major concerning my PC :/ If you need extra info i'll happily give you it :&#62;]]></description>
