People saying “this won’t fix it, there’s no point even trying” does not help. While something like this doesn’t ACTUALLY save any significant amount of power (to respond to skyride…), it’s a symbolic action designed to raise awareness of the issue.
Also, “educated guesses probably aren’t right”? Do you genuinely not believe in global warming, skyride? Do you genuinely believe that you know better than people who have more qualifications than you have years of age?

He didn’t say the concept was wrong, he said that the estimates could be miles off, which is more often than not admitted by the scientists themselves.

Of course not, I’m taking into account the media fudge factor. Its quite honestly the one subject I don’t really have an opinion on. ;)

like the pennies I have stacked up behind my desk, must have a few quid there now <3
but people always make fun of my coin stacks :(
surely switching to energy saving bulbs is an easier alternative which makes more of an impact?
