Looking for a half decent video camera with a budget around £200. Can anybody give any good pointers?

Fuck video save up and get an SLR.
Video is so 2009.
Any particular features you need? Like Tape/Flash/HDD? HD or not? What exactly is it for?
Shame tape cameras are pretty much dead these days. A couple of years ago you could get some pretty quality MiniDV tape cameras (miniDV is actually digital tape i might add, its not normal tape) for that sort of price, now you have to pay about twice as much for a flash/HDD camera of the same picture quality.
