youtube to start at X minutes

I saw this somewhere but I cant seem to find which command line is to make the video play only at the certain minute. eg.: you put a youtube link and then it starts playing already at 2:00 :S

Glad someone was here to tell you because my friend George Oogle was asleep, otherwise if you would’ve consulted him with just remotely fitting keywords you would’ve found the answer right fucking there.
It’s 2010, shouldn’t have to tell lazy people to use google anymore.
