Get out.
It depends on the resolution you run it at. That should be fine at a low enough resolution.

At a low resolution and low settings, yes.
Yes you can play but most likely it’s not going to be very comfortable. The CPU is definitely the problem here, the rest of your specs are great.
If you’re willing to take a chance, you can tweak your settings with a “cfg” (it’s an ini file actually but it works kind of like a cfg). You can get a lot of extra fps this way, but I obviously can’t promise anything.
You can force the directx level to 9 and set a couple of settings lower than you can do ingame etc

Thanks Fluffy! But I already bought it and I can play on medium very fluently but i have to pick low resolution but who cares it still looks awesome =)
I think it should work, I have a better CPU than yours but a lower graphics card and I can play on max on win xp. I guess you should try it, mate.
Your computer will run as fast as the lowest componant pretty much :). So yeah your CPU holds the rest of you back but low settings it will run fine. But probably wont be much fun to play, just buy BF2 :>

The key component in games like this (not so much TF2 but it does still apply to some extent) is the GPU, not the CPU. The CPU merely acts as the bottleneck, not the driving force for more FPS like with a lot of Source engine games.
