WOOOOO!

Puretrak Talent is the best cloth mousepad I’ve ever had.

The Qck+ SK edition is then next. The Qck+ normal after that.

As far as hard pads; Steelseries SX, then steelseries S&S.

Why do you prefer the Talent? I’ve used both, and found the QcK to be superior myself.

WOOOOO!

The talents larger and has less friction

Strange, QcK’s are the worst mousemats I’ve ever tried and I’m strictly a cloth mat man only. Everglide titans put them to shame, on my 2nd monster mat now!
Boils down to personal preference as always with peripherals

What didn’t you like about the QcK? Curious, I might go and buy one of these myself :p

Having used the Everglide previously the QcK just didn’t feel right, felt like when I moved my mouse it wasn’t showing a true representation on my screen. Hard to explain but I didn’t feel like I had as much control. Of course this could well be down to the fact I had pretty much found the perfect mat for me in the Everglide. Comparing the two the QcK screamed cheap shit to me, even though its not actually that cheap at about 3/4 quid less than the Everglide. Honestly though, if you try both the QcK will seem like a 2quid jobby! I found the surface degraded quite rapidly and my mouse (mx518) didn’t travel along the surface as nice/good as quite a few other cloth mats.
Really nasty mat in my experiences!

some spec/info and reviews @ http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GS-015-EV

I’m not saying the QcK IS a woeful mat, I just think it is :D

Interesting. I’m not strapped for cash at the moment, and I’ve got an MX518 myself, so I have just invested.

Thanks for the tip. :)
