Seinfeld, Arrested Development, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Black Adder, Black Books, Father Ted. If I had to pick my favorite, it would have to be Arrested Development.
i wouldnt call AD a sitcom.
Meh, the usual.
Seinfeld, Scrubs, 2 and 1/2 Men

Still a situational Comedy even though it doesn’t have a studio audience or a laugh track.

i know the definition of a sitcom, but with AD just didnt get that sitcom feeling. it was smarter than sitcoms and more epic.
After “How I Met Your Mother”, they should cancel the rest.
LEGEEEEEEEEEEEN-…. wait for it…
..DAAAARY!

Soooo epic. So much back story and self references that is splooge-worthy. The only thing on telly at the moment even close to its caliber would be Venture Brothers. That show goes on overdrive from the second half of season one and hasn’t stopped yet.
Anybody watching Chuck by any chance?I know its not as epic as Seinfiel,HimYm or Tbbt but it worths a shot!
Scrubs, 2 and 1/2 Men, The IT Crowd (Which is not well known which is a shame), How I Met Your Mother, Joey (Which i think was a mistake to cancel)
Top notch entertainment. :)
boston legal > all sry but its true
Family Guy for being retardedly funny, How I met your mother and Two and a half meeeeeeen.

Wow, I’ve seen 2 episodes of Joey and it was gruesome…the guy was perfect for the role of Joey in Friends but his own sitcom? Not hard to see why that shit got cancelled…terrible, simply terrible.
IT Crowd and Father Ted are really awesome though and I agree it’s a shame they’re not better-known.
