I got these problems since i made my router to work in Routing mode(before it, it was bridging.)
I disabled the Router's firewall(for good, i dont need it anyway) and still got this.
If im trying to force server for using my external IP, i get "Could not allocate any server Ip Port." error. 
If any one knows what to do with that, please respond.
Also, my NOD's Firewall got a rule for Srcds.exe, just in case...</blockquote>
You need to do portforwad, direct port internet ftw!
