2nd tf2 for moviemaking

Is there a way to copy some needed files so that i can launch tf2 and fiddle around with it so that it wouldn’t affect the tf2 im using to play?
just save your autoexec and usercfg, then go forward and destroy you gfx settings. when you want to play again start tf2 with launch option -autoconfig

no, install one more Windows :D
create another shortcut for tf2. make like vidrec.cfg and set all those highsettings there and then just set launch options to another shortcut -dxlevel -w -h +exec vidrec.cfg etc, I think you get the picture 8)
I believe Klu’s Movie Config does what you need! Just exec 2 files and it has changed your settings for movie making! Then exec 2 game files and it is back to what it was!
pldx movie gui > klu’s config
pldx movie gui > klu’s config
your own config > klu’s config > PldX config
the PldX config trys to simplify things which just are not simple. Far better to just make a hyper-high graphics config and do everything else manually.
u can allways get a cracked(pirated) tf2
don’t need 2nd tf2 anymore , nor pldx , nor klus thingy.
