I tried to bait them into a conversation – to see if they could convince me with fine logic that it was legit…but he ran away.
Reported to steam
rofl, u realise there are at least 1k of these acc “hackers” ? maybe try posting them all if u start it?
How do they work exactly? I’ve never been sent a link, but I’m guessing that you follow the link and you type your account details into a “steam” log in window, which is in turn basically stored in a .txt document for the scammer?
If so I bet you get a crap load of people entering name: “youaregay” pass: “yougiantassshitfaggot”
ahhh, sry posting for that link… next time i think about it before i post something like that. you never know who might accidently press it…
and yes, i do not know all of those “1k steam acc hackers”, but well THIS guy just sent me that link today again. i just wanted to inform people about it and make them aware of the risk.
“If so I bet you get a crap load of people entering name: “youaregay” pass: “yougiantassshitfaggot””
made a ff script for flooding sites like this.
If such a retard sends me a link i can create
500+ fake accounts in seconds =>
He appears to be hitting the resupply.eu steam group
juh, also go a chat invite from the guy yesterday.

a) ur using IE which is vulnerable when using it online as it allows to execute any script or even application, so when entering scam site with such browser (might even be FF as its the same stuff, just open source), it can access steam and its folder files, and read ur passwords, then change ur pw on your own pc, log u out, and u wont even have a chance to save it
b) ur entering scam site which looks like steam one, enter ur login and pw but it just stores it and waits for scammer to log in with ur acc name and change pw manualy (also there are software that do it automatically, but they dont work 24/7 as u need to enter whole acc purges)
