IRC is a form of communication where people expect to be able to communicate instantly (hence the ‘I’)
Or it could stand for Internet Relay Chat :P
I still never got the point of BNCs. If you’re not there, why pretend to be there?

But ye, I get your point but imo. Its just more convenient and the way I see it, I have the stuff to do it, so why not. Equally, I have the stuff needed to give them away free, why not? :)
