I dont know much about this theme but whats your lerp (interp)? Maybe higher than 100ms or something. Maybe you play on low fps srv?

cl_interp ?
I use Coinz fps-config with the value 0.0167 if I remember correctly.
But I haven't changed that value lately.

Maybe setting your max fps to a higher / lower maximum than could help?

Or turning VSync off?

I always have Vsync turned off. I will try to change the maxfps to see what happens.

I had a similar issue a while back. While standing still in spawn with absolutely nothing going on my fps was going in a pattern that went something like this : “150 150 150 40 150 150 150 40 150…”, and once it dropped to 40 I got a lag spike.

Sounds very annoying..
My fps seems to be quite stable, but the effect is a bit the same.

i think it’s tearing. [Link]

try to see what hz your monitor has. mine has 75 which means my monitor can only handle 75 fps hz so i forced my fps to 75. fps_max 75.

In my case it is not tearing. Sure, I have Vsync turned off, but I know what tearing looks like and it's not this. For me it is exactly like having low fps.
But maybe it could be a good idea to set the maxfps to the maximum Hz of the screen anyway.

I don't know if it's the same as you had, probably not.. :S
I reinstalled drivers, didn't help, took out my GPU put in my old 1 it was fine then put my current one back in and reinstalled drivers once again, and it fixed itself :S

The recent days I have had some annoying "lag".
I have no idea what it is and how to fix it.

My fps is high, my ping is low. I have no packet loss and no choke.
Everything should be perfect, but it's not. It's like the screen is not updating the picture often enough and it feels like I play with something like 20 fps.

Anyone have any idea what is causing this and how to fix it ?
