i'm lucky to be a swiss. here u hear every day about the "danger of killergames". german games can only be bought by adults, german games are cut and no they want to set these games equal with child pornography. this is really sick in my eyes. a lot of films are much more cruel than first-person-shooters... My oppinion is, that some politicians just needed votes!

Therefore games tend to "suck" you in more than movies. That completely depends on the movie and the games, your personality, your feelings at the moment, etc. While playing in pubs, for example, TF2 does not "suck me in", as I don't care what happens, and i'm even paying more attention to the music I have playing in the background. While watching some movies with awesome acting/story/action, like The Last King of Scotland, The Dark Knight, Sin City, Lost, etc, I'm tottaly "there"... The only thing where games really suck more of you is in time, usually... Anyway, whatever the reason is, it's wrong and stupid... I guess that deputies have no clue about psychologie...
