It's not classified but why do you want to know that?

If it's for yourself then keep in mind that the prices will be different in Italy so those parts might not be the best choice. Your requirements might be different, too.

I'd be happy to do adapt/make a new list for you, if you want me to.

I don't remember all the part numbers, but iirc it was:
Intel Xeon E3-1231 v3
ASRock B85M Pro4
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2*4GB CL9-9-9-24, 1.5V, sorry no part number)
Crucial MX100 256GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB (7200.14 ST1000MD003)
MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G
Cooler Master N200
LiteOn iHAS124-04 (bulk) (alternative: LG Electronics BH16NS40 (bulk) Blu-Ray drive)
Seasonic M12II Evo 520W
BenQ XL2411Z
Windows 8.1 64bit OEM

<1350€ (1300€+buffer for price changes+shipping)

I'm not sure which keyboard switches are best for Osu! although Cherry MX Reds seem to be popular among the pros. I told him to test some switches himself before he makes a decision, but even with a 150€ keyboard the price would stay under 1500€.

I'm here.

Yes it's cheaper to buy the parts seperately, building is fairly easy.
1k-2k€ budget is probably more than you'll need, even with peripherals included.
Is the pc only for TF2 or other games aswell? If yes, which games and how many fps at what quality do you want? Something along the lines of "120 fps in Bioshock Infinite @ ultra quality would be great" would help me a lot to figure out how much power you actually need. No need to go overkill and spend 2k.

BenQ Xl2411Z hands down if you 120/144Hz monitors with lightboost. Without lightboost it's a different story.
I'd definitely recommend a mechanical keyboard, but unless you want that RGB lighting gimmick stay away from corsair. It's just overpriced and uses some non-standard keys that are almost impossible to replace. You can get better keyboards for less. E.g. various Ducky Shine, Das Keyboard and KBC Poker models or even a Filco Majestouch 2.

May I assume you're going to buy everything in Germany and not in Japan?

this.
although mechanical keyboards aren't a neccesisity, its definitely a nice thing to have.
I have http://gaming.coolermaster.com/en/products/keyboards/quickfiretk/ , its one of the cheapest mechanical keyboards out there and atleast I found it to be insanely nice. :)
