I wouldn't worry about overclocking and warranties, they can't tell, and it's unlikely you'll kill something unless you're stupid, just follow a guide if you're unsure.

Intel hold the single threaded performance crown at the moment, and since TF2 doesn't utilise cores all that well (I'm assuming) Intel is the way to go.

However I would disagree in saying that Intel produce higher quality products, and would like to know why you think so?
Intel hold the performance crown, but that doesn't mean AMD make poor quality products? :P

Well im not sure about the price from where you come from, but here is my pc:

Gigabyte z87x-ud3h - motherboard
i5 4670k - CPU
8gb corsair vengance blue - RAM
Gigabyte geforce gtx 760 2gb windforce 3x OC - GPU
Seagate baracuda 1 TB 64 mb - HDD
Samsung SSD 840 evo series 120 gb - SSD
NZXT Tempest 210 - Case
Be quiet! Shadow rock pro sr1 - Fan
Super Flower SF700A-14-A 700W - PSU

Im pretty sure its a bit out of your price range, but I run everything on ultra with no problem whatsoever. I went with geforce because its a simply logical option when it comes to price/performance atm. Radeon has either 7950, which are utter shit, and pretty much every geforce card in that price range beats it in performance. Then there is 7970 which has a lot of version. Some are good, but the ones that are, are overpriced. As I said I have no idea how much this stuff costs at your country, but its my opinion and believe me, I did A LOT of research when I was picking up components, especially the graphics card.

Edit: I also strongly recommend u take parts that can be tweaked and overclocked

This page disagrees with you. Yep, the i5 is more expensive, but it's also better.
Also, leaving performance out of it entirely, Intel have almost always produced higher quality products than AMD.

Some people want to spend as little as possible - they fanboy AMD (for good reasons too, not judging!).
Other people want Quality. They go for Intel.

AMD had an era where its CPUs would outperform anything Intel could come up with, but that's a long long time ago. (1995?) I remember OC'ing my K2-500 to 600mhz :D
