Quoted from CeeGee

It's the control panel software for AMD graphics cards so it's of no use to you.

You might be able to define a custom lower 16:9 resolution (say 960x540 or something) for your Intel graphics driver if you follow this link. http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-029478.htm

And then set that resolution in the launch properties of TF2. You might then be able to play without black borders, maybe.

I don't use Intel graphics so I have no idea if it'll work or not.

WORKS!!!
Thanks! :D My TF2 looks shit at low resolution but it fits the screen which is fine! Thanks a bunch man :)

you can get a system that will hold 100+ fps with a config for less than £300

https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Shop/SavedBasket/Show.aspx?id=9d10fc43d70242c68f7bae44e11d84d2

im basically using this system right now, (office pc) but with slower ram while i wait to reconstruct my gaming rig. it also runs other games pretty well, everything aside from driving games and fps its perfect as a gaming rig tbh.

i know you said its not an option at the moment. but as a bottom rung gaming rig it really does get the job done and i just thought i would let you know that you wont need to spend a fortune to get a desktop pc for gaming

chris max frames i get 100-200fps with a few low spikes but surprisingly playable
