I think it's a bit harsh saying that it's destroying the nature. If you're concerned about the nature, i don't think getting rid of enduro is the right place to start. The bike trails will be gone within months, and after that, it would look like animal paths(which is quite a big percent of the track really) and you will barely be able to see them.
