As I will be playing with vertical sync on, capped at 60FPS anyways, as I really do not like the screen tearing.

go to ccc and set all the graphics options to application settings (what ever its called)

There is. Valve doesn't care enough to add it because the OB engine is CPU bottlenecked anyway, plus there are newer versions of the engine. L4D2 has Crossfire support.]]></description>

There has to be a reason for this. seriously, I will try few things next:
Remove the overclock on the CPU, restore everything to default.
Remove one GPU card.

I will see how it goes.]]></description>
