Godaddy has scripts that should make it easy for you. Read through the website and find where do you set email restrictions (such as domains from which you would accept incoming mail, domains for which you do accept mail, and so on)

not accepting incoming mail, but being able to generate and send outgoing mails, sounds to me that this is an issue of permissions and not an issue of mailer agent, whatever they used. mail agents are usually set so that they do accept incoming mail for the particular domains but not for all domains (accepting mail for any domain and sending it further is called smtp relaying). if the given mailbox does not exists or the domain is misspelled, than you should get an error; and assuming that you spelled your domain right in the mail you sent - than it must be something to do with permissions. it is less likely, but possible, that there are two separated services for receiving and for sending mail, and that receiving part ain't working on your side.

catchall email account is the account that does what its name says - if someone sends an email to your domain, and there is no such mailbox; instead of rejecting such emails, they are forwarded to catchall account (if catchall is set up).

I created it, yes.
Don't really understand what you mean by saying "provide a catch all".
And I tried to send an e-mail on site by using my personal email, it doesn't work either.

that's what a return message from people's e-mails says:
