nobody can diagnose with that vague of a description. what does Device Management report for the device? is there a warning symbol next to the icon? have you checked that the USB interface is connected correctly to the header?
Sorry, forgot to mention in device manager it see's it - says its "working properly" but when opening up recording devices it states that nothing is connected.. :s Not too sure what you mean with the USB interface?
