This mouse has no software with it, its dpi is set from the mouse itself and its polling rate is 1000hz by default. Will this override the windows sensitivity?
No mouse dpi will override windows' sensitivity - they are two entirely separate things. But with TF2's new 'raw input' option, this doesn't really apply.
