I was going in my user name C/user/Hinrik and there was a lock on it and it told me needed administrator to continue, well I sayed ok but then all my desktop items went gone accept my computer and recycle bin, and when i open control panel there is nothing, and when i wana go in personalize and screen resolution this comes up The page failed to load. Reinstall windows.
