Rebalanced weapons (80 dmg rail <3), updated engine to run better on modern setups, some slight physics alterations and different time limits, spawn times for weapons and that kind of stuff. Besides all the "woah it's running in my browser" stuff. Outside of the obvious graphical update QL got there's some engine changes, if you really want to know you're better off looking up a comparison on the QL forums. I believe there are slight differences in how strafejumping is in Q3 compared to QL.
