Firstly I have my scout 1v1 match tonight against bybben, whilst I expect to get absolutely smashed and have fully prepared myself not to even get a kill, it gives me a good chance to study scout movement at a much higher level to that at which I have ever played against.

i would be happy to see one less pointless topic spam the forum activity and more recent posts bits on etf2l among other amazingly in depth threads such as PC CRASH, YETANOTHERMAPNOONEWILLPLAY, HIGHLANDER HELP, RAGETHREAD

I have no idea what you're trying to say anymore, you seem to be arguing for the sake of arguing or arguing because you want to browse where you can't see anything you don't want to see? :S The only difference I see in you're point is that the topics would be separate instead of in one post...which doesn't change anything you said to do with the forum activity as far as I know, other than instead of another topic its going to be the same topic..."annoying you" in the exact same way? It would be less "spam" for lack of a better word yes, but other than that its identical, its just all directed into one place instead of across a few topics which disappear over time ...Unless the activity thing works in some pointless way that isn't logical edit: Anyway, you've got you're point across, so how about we leave it at that since this isn't going to go anywhere unless you suddenly change your standing on this, if he has to put it in a blog, and bump a post everyone once in a while, then I'm not going to complain, but the way you've described it leads me to believe you wouldn't like it still. Maybe you should just not read the thread. If you would like to continue this go ahead and take it up on steam as I no longer see the point, all this is doing is bumping the topic more...back into the activity window...with more spam...and pointless posts...in a topic you don't like.

I listened to you fine and don't even understand what you're getting at with the sidebar now, what ever, to my eyes you were complaining that this is in it...so I suggested you should browse properly if you don't want to see topics you personally aren't interested in instead of waiting to see where the last person posted? And if he put it in a blog and updated here (like I'd want him to do) whats the difference other than instead of a wall of text you get a link? The topics still there and still going to be active...

"forum activity", the thing you see on the left of the ads, right of news post, and "more recent posts", the thing under it try clicking, amazing stuff happens! about people liking it, more people dont care/dont like it than the people who like it, its way damn simpler to put it in a blog - and just keep a "my progress" thread regularly updated with links to the newest adventures in tf2 on his blog
