Need help understanding L4D2 special infected.

Well if you pay attention while playing hard rain you can see common infected that look like non-mutated chargers.
So I guess workers or prisoners would be best.
jockey = short guy who likes to ride
applies to the infected jockeys and well, jockeys in general, so kind of a stupid question asking how a jockey became a jockey :D
hunter if you ask me is a drugged up hoodie. before the infection i can just see him hanging around in a dark alley waiting to pounce on the weak
