When I try to open up steam it comes up with updating, then it says, "service is currently unavailible, please try again later". And then steam closes without saying anything else, it does this everytime :s

Any Help?

Things I've tried:
1. Deleting clientregistry.blob from steam folder
2. Restarting.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks :)
