Sorry, just got back in. Here you go. Download that, save as DNAFileTransformer.java (probably simplest in the same directory as the files you want to format). Run `javac DNAFileTransformer.java`, then `java DNAFileTransformer *.txt` to format all your text files. That will work off the bat on your Mac, but for Windows, JDK isn't installed by default, so you may need to grab it from here. Grab me on Steam if you have any problems, or just want a compiled version.
