Ye, smoothing would be something I'd really like to use efficiently, but I should learn how to first :D

These really are my first movies and I think it's not that good to be put in a position like this, making a high div team movies, because expectations are high, no doubt. And yes, with the lan footage I think I could've done a bit more, don't know how much but I think it would've affected pretty much, the movie would have had a totally different feeling.

Maybe I should continue (if I do continue) with a smaller scale frag movies, because then I wouldn't be under that much pressure. Anyway, thanks for tips and the discussion, very refreshing :D

Of course I thought about including casting to the movie, however vanillaTV didn't have the enthusiasm I would've hoped for (though you were good), nothing intense enough to use in the movie in my opinion.

And with the music choices, I liked the contrast between the styles. However I understand if you don't find it too amusing :)

Yeah I must apologise, I'm not a very excitable caster, even more so without sleep :D

Reading my comment I seem very negative, it wasn't a bad movie at all but when I see a movie for a Prem team my expectations are automatically high.

The edit was simple, no smooths etc, but I don't think the content was strong enough to carry a simple edit which is to be generally expected from LAN frags; I mean it's basically like asking players to produce movie quality frags in one day of games.

I think editors really need to go the extra mile for LAN videos and you recognized that LAN footage would have made it better. BoneS LAN Trilogy videos are a good example; in all honesty the frags are pretty humdrum, but he captures the LAN atmosphere and show a bit of craft in his editing so everyone fucking loves it :D
