There's a special program that allows you to change the emotion / facial expressions of team fortress 2 characters.
It's not easy, and i don't know what you are talking about with "doing it with a hat" ?]]></description>

    	    <description><![CDATA[Hopefully someone on here has some experience with the Source SDK and the faceposer thingy. Does anyone know if its possible to use the new hats etc while using the faceposer tool?
