ERROR sign in PLDX

Hi,
since the last update on TF2 I’m getting an ERROR sign instead of Flamethover, although other Pyros weapons are ok :( (using PLDX tool)

Any solution?
I’ve gotten that before, since the update all my demos have had a black square around the crosshair. As far as I know the update broke a few things in the pldx tool, and a new version is being worked on.
the black box around the crosshair can be fixed by not disabling the sniper crosshair.

Even if it wouldn’t be a ”pyro movie” do you think that killing big red ERRORs looks good?
