I think that's what people generally try to do, in the sense that "friends who get along" should be in a team together. After playing in a number of clans and several mixes I must say that the criteria is: One player that rages. One who whines. One that is quiet, except for occasional cursing, tourettes? One that discusses tactics, prefferably NOT on the map you are playing. One that tries to get everyone else to play serious but noone listens to. One that has a crappy internet. Now you have a complete team ;)
This is just soo true.. :-) Although there are some more variants. One that shows up once a week and has half an hour to play before he has to go to bed. One that likes to talk about his latest vacation in mumble while the enemy is pushing.
