The problem is the majority of players who leave a team immediately think they are able to play div 3 on their own, so they advertise at mid- or mid, there aren't a great deal of players who want to stick together to improve when they believe they are already capable of much higher levels of play. A team that's 1 month old formed with people from Div6/5/inactive/new, we went through some changes and still need a member, yet we've been getting pretty good results.
