Hmmm.... Nope. Google chooses the ads by comparing the keywords the advertiser has set to the webpages content. Google keeps no personal history of your searches without your agreement. Also, ETF2L can remove the cheat ads from the site with Adsense tools by blocking each advertiser they don't want separately.
