So yeah, admins here can ban for 1 action only based on a STV record. And the more extraordinary is that it doesn't sound weird to anybody here when it happened. There is no way that you do the exact same move in the exact same time again and again, there will always be a slight difference in timing (a few ms) This is true of course.
