what skill level am i?

ive been trying to find a hl team and 6s players but i wondered what skill level i am and what is the difference between low or low/open
ive been bottom scoring most of the matches in tf2center and i haven’t participated in any official leagues except an ultiduo cup where i played only one match because i wasnt available to the team
so i wondered whether im low/open or low or even freshmeat

I would say you should try and see if you can join a Fresh team this season, you have no league experience at all so Fresh would be ideal for you as it’s meant to be for players new to competitive TF2.
Keep in mind that not every ETF2L season might have a Fresh division though, in which case Open is the lowest skill level.
Players usually already have played a season or two in Open before they go Low. If you are a “DM lord” though you might be able to skip Open if teams notice you.
