Two possibilities: 1) most likely gpu is dying. 2) psu dying (from old age perhaps?)

I had this ages ago and I also asked people in the forums about my problems. I got a lot of advice to replace my gpu but it turned out to be a problem with my dxlevel settings in my start properties of TF2 in combination with outdated drivers!
