Steveeatspie, you are going about this the wrong way. We don't do things like this in tf2. If you have a team but need players you need to use this http://etf2l.org/recruitment/teams/ . But honestly, if you can't find players for your team you should join someone elses team. That way you will get the experience needed to start your own team. Also no one will take you seriously if you use skype, everyone in tf2 uses mumble.
