Depends how you nationally identify yourself, if you have yet to play for a national team in 6v6 or HL, then there is a possibility you could be allowed on the Canadian Highlander/6v6 team, however you would not be allowed to play for Sweden ever, no exceptions. Furthermore we would be reluctant to give you captaincy as well, but that is a side discussion based off of merit and influence in your national community. The name "Swedish Santa" does not help your case by the way. :P

I recommend that you play in NA TF2 leagues like UGC (Has both 6v6 and Highlander), CEVO, and ESEA when you are playing in Canada (nearly 200 ping to EU servers will not be fun).
I met my wife in Canada when I went for exchange studies... so I have already played in a few 6s and HL leagues over there, had only time for a solid season though. My point was that I was searching Europeans with Canadian citizenship here in ETF2L.
