Download the configs http://etf2l.org/configs/etf2l_configs_full_2013_07_23.rar Upload those individual files to your /tf/cfg/ folder on your server via their file manager. Join the server, get rcon and type in: rcon exec etf2l_9v9_GAMEMODE (depending on the map of course).
