All the thread pages on the forum have a rel='canonical' link tag in the header that's set to http://etf2l.org/forum/. That tells google to consider all the thread pages to be the same as the forum root (which is indexed), and to consider the forum root to be the authoritative version of those pages, so to only pay attention to the forum root. It's only a directive and google doesn't always follow it, but it might be the problem.
