Despite everything I think you all did a great work having notice of it 30 minutes in advance. But I still think it's poor management from every parties involved, such a shame to let this happen to this tournament, especially when it could have been avoided so easily... I opened this topic like a week ago, from then until now someone interested could have added the players and set a date good for both casting organizations and the players. Sorry, I notified you as soon as I knew the match was on, which was 40 minutes before the supposed start. The default date was for March 16, I assume nobody excepted the final to be played 11 days before that.
