If they get their full 6-point default then really it's a smack in the face to those who have to turn up and play again, why wouldn't they just say "we can't play". Funny situation, although it's quite possible both you and Trick will overtake, given you look to have performed well over the season and have games vs two mid-table teams. Trick actually have to play LAG, so I guess then you'll see if they're up anywhere near.

Or you could just replay the games at a later date similar to a wildcard although perhaps as punishment to the team who didn't show even if they do win the replay they only get 4 or 5 points say but if the team who showed up both times wins the replay they'll get the 6 points like normal, I see no problems with this solution, if anyone would like to point them out?
