ESL won't be a 'balanced' top division. It will look very similar to the ETF2L prem division, but the overall skill level will be higher. There will still only be 4 teams capable of winning ESL prem, a few teams below capable of taking games off of those 4 (upsets), and a battle at the bottom of the division of teams that have no chance of competing with the top of the division teams.
