I don't really get it. I might be wrong... but what exactly does this do? Do I leave it open while playing TF2? How can the admins check whether I had it running during my officials? How do we know the program is built correctly and won't ban innocent people etc? I have to say I'm very sceptical about this, I hope chris can convince me to trust this!
