Yes, but his fake nicking derived from cheating, so basically he is a cheater. He is trying to be above the system and the ETF2L rules by fake nicking, which means that by breaking those set rules, he is a cheater. The reason of him being banned doesn't matter (as other people get banned as well and are offered a chance to come back just like him), and I was never off-topic.
